Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and in full. Your right to use Monster Emporium Animation and its service is subject to your acceptance of these.
Acceptance
By using our website and services in any manner you agree to these terms and conditions. Please also see our Privacy Policy regarding how we use your information.We may update these services without notice to you, it is your responsibility to check these periodically and comply. These apply to all users of the site without exception. If you do not comply please do not use our service and website.

Eligibility
To become a student you must be at least 16 years old. We have the right to refuse our services to anyone at our discretion only. Monster Emporium Animation offers its services to you only and no third party. Some of our classes are advanced classes, therefore you will need to provide a demo link upon registration, it is solely at the discretion of Monster Emporium Animation as to whether this will be approved. It is solely at the discretion of Monster Emporium Animation as to whether registrations of all classes are approved.
Registration and Purchases
To become a student you are required to register. All information given must be accurate and correct, it is your responsibility to keep this information updated.You must inform us of any unauthorised use of your account or breach of security. Never share, distribute or post your login information. You have no ownership right to your account. If you wish to purchase any of our courses you may be asked to supply certain information in conjunction with registration. Deposits for our courses are due upon registration, after this the first installment is due ten days before the course starts, subsequent payments are due 28 days thereafter.
Any late comers (after the 10 days of 1st installment being due) will be allowed on the course at our discretion.
Limitation of liability
Monster Emporium Animation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, cosequential, or exemplary damages of any kind arising from your use of our website/school and its services. We will not be liable for any damage, loss of data, work stoppage, computer/device technology failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in service, operation or computer virus. We are not responsible for any problems which may arise from any third parties which are linked on our website.
Disclaimer
Completion of this course does not guarantee you a job as an animator or any other position in the industry or alike. We offer no scholarships, grants or alike.
Test Groups
Every new course requires a test group. Students who are enrolled in this must accept there will be imperfections that we will try our hardest to fix.
Payment Plans & Discounts
Discounts happen throughout the year. We offer payment plans. However, due to various charges we have to pay to Paypal, Stripe, and other payment revenues we are unable to offer discount to students who opt for Payment Plans. Students who wish to use a discount offer are required to pay in full.
Intellectual property rights
You must not share, distribute or post any of our content, including but not exclusive to the rigs and lectures on Monster Emporium Animation. The information and content you receive upon registration and during our course is solely for your use and no third parties.
Cancellation
Our courses are non refundable. If you wish to stop participating before the course has ended you will not be entitled to a refund nor will you have access to the rigs once the course has finished. In the event that you don't make payment you will be sent a reminder and allowed 7 days grace. In the event that this continues to happen your enrollment will be terminated and you will no longer have access to our content.
Course Completion
Lifetime access is given for Alumni students only. Students must complete the course by showing willing and participating by showing up to classes and submitting every week. Completing the course does not mean you have to get approval. Failure to complete a course means you will lose access to content.
